RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased from Femenest are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.

 

1) All Prepaid orders are eligible for  Exchange. All COD orders are only eligible for exchanges.

2) All items must be in their original condition – unworn, unused with the tag, labels & in the same packing.

3) For all second-time shippings, a Rs.200 shipping fee needs to be processed for re-shipping. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from.

4) Items purchased on Sale/ Clearance/ Pre-applied-Discounts/ Bundle discounts are Final sale items and cannot be returned. However we would be happy to replace it with a different size, if you'd need a size exchange.

(A reverse shipping fee of Rs.200 needs to be processed to raise an exchange request for such items.)

 

5) Only store credits are issued in case of refunds.

 

6) Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. The items can still be returned in accordance to it being a full priced or discounted product originally.

 

Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to
pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the
company address. Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

How to cancel an order

Cut the red-tape, call us! 9643766036 . You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing one. Alternatively, mail us at info@femenest.com as soon as possible and we'll attempt a cancellation before your order is processed further.How to process a return ?

Step 1:

Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package in the same way it was delivered.

Step 2:

Raise a Return/exchange request from our Whatsapp - 9643766036 or mail us on exchange.fmnst@gmail.com and complete the payment through this link mentioned below and send the screenshot to us with all the details mentioned in it

1) Your Order ID

2) a photo of your received order

3) Screenshot and transaction id of second time shipping fee of  Rs. 200

Step 3:

Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a returns that result in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.

STORE CREDITS

When you return a product, our refund is given in the form of a Store Credit or Gift Voucher, which is 100% redeemable against purchases and is valid for one entire year.For COD orders?

For COD orders refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value.

Store credits can be applied during checkout. If you face any issue while applying store credit please write to info@femenest.com

Please note: cash on delivery fee applicable on orders are not refundable and would not reflect in the issued store credits.When are store credits not applicable?

Under 3 cases:

1. For products purchased on clearance, discounts & markdowns.

2. If the product returned is soiled, damaged or altered.

3. Product is custom-made. (product names/ description will always state if a product is custom prepared/made)When will I get my Store credits ?

 

 

RECIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR GOODS WERE DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL ?

Please mail us at exchange.fmnst@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the goods to raise a request against Wrong/damaged orders.

3) Please state in detail the problem at hand.

Our teams will proactively arrange a reverse pick up and send out a new fresh product.

Please note : The item should be unworn,unwashed with all tags attached and in the same condition, in which it was delivered to be eligible for a return against damaged/wrong goods.
