Delivery Duration
Although we try our best to deliver the products as soon as possible but the delivery might take upto 5 days if the customer details are provided properly.
Cancellation Policy
The product can be cancelled only before the product is shipped.
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
We are not accepting returns and refunds at this moment please contact us in case of exchanges. T&C Apply.
Exchanges are only applicable if the customer is facing any fitting issues, Or if a customer isn’t satisfied with the product, within a period of 5 days from the date of receiving the product.
-Both size exchange and Product exchange options are available (T&C applied)
-Make sure you keep it in the original packaging with tags and labels intact.
-In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse exchange where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed it’ll be confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.
-Exchange product will be shipped after pickup is done
-Returns/refund facility is not available.
Do I have to pay for shipping of my exchange items?
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, Femenest will cover the cost of the exchange shipping charges
