1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer due to product availability or other operational reasons.

2. Delivery Timeline

Orders are delivered within 7–15 days from the date of ordering, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Please do not panic if your order is taking time within this window — this is a normal part of our delivery process.

3. Delayed Orders

If your order has not been delivered even after 15 days, please contact our customer support team immediately so we can investigate and resolve it on priority.

4. Order Priority

We give priority to prepaid orders over Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ensuring faster processing and dispatch for prepaid customers.
