Femenest — Return & Exchange Policy
At Femenest, we want you to love what you order. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy
We do not offer returns on any product. We only offer exchanges, subject to the conditions below.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following are final sale — no return or exchange will be accepted:
• Shapewear
• Discounted products
• Products priced below ₹500
3. Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. No request will be entertained after this period under any circumstances.
4. Exchange Charges
A flat ₹200 return and inward fee will be charged for every exchange request to cover reverse pickup and processing.
5. Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product:
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of the issue. Requests without unboxing video proof will not be processed.
• Once verified, a fresh replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
6. How to Raise a Request
All exchange requests must be raised within the 3-day window through our official customer support channels, along with order details and (if applicable) unboxing video proof.
